All orders are processed the same day the order is confirmed. You will receive a notification from Sendle with tracking when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ESTIMATES AND COSTS
All orders over $50 will receive free shipping Australia wide.
LTM use Sendle to ship our orders and have made this decision based on their reputation for quick, professional delivery and for being a 100% carbon neutral, certified B Corporation.
For Australian orders under $50, shipping is charged at a flat rate $7.95. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 1-3 business days. Though very speedy, Sendle does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.

Due to extreme international postage delays, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
SECURE ADDRESSES & COLLECTION OF PARCELS
The courier will leave your parcel at a secure location at the address you listed for delivery. Low Tox Movement does not take responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur once the parcel is delivered.
Unfortunately, our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
